SAN DIEGO — The Office of the Cardinal has announced that Father Antonio Morales and Father Jose Alfredo Moreno will provide sacramental ministry, and Father Morales will serve as canonical pastor at St. Thomas Indian Mission, Fort Yuma. Mr. Steven Taylor has agreed to serve as pastoral life director, effective Nov. 15.
